Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered Roller Bearings — 95+ standard models, ID 20-100mm, combined load specialist

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings use truncated cone-shaped rollers with tapered inner and outer ring raceways. They can simultaneously bear large radial loads and unidirectional axial loads, with higher load capacity than deep groove ball bearings. The line contact between rollers and raceways makes them suitable for heavy loads and medium-to-low speed conditions.

We supply the full range of tapered roller bearings including 32900, 30200, 30300, 32200, 32300, 33200, and 32000 series, covering ID 20-100mm in standard metric sizes. Widely used in automotive, construction machinery, gearboxes, metallurgical equipment, and mining machinery.

Series Guide

32900 Series (Extra Light)

Smaller contact angle, higher speed. Suitable for light-to-medium radial loads and small axial loads. Commonly used in automotive, agricultural machinery, and general equipment.

30200 / 32000 Series (Light)

The most commonly used tapered roller bearing series with good balance of load and speed. 30200 is light narrow, 32000 is light wide, most widely applied.

30300 / 32300 Series (Medium-Heavy)

Larger contact angle, stronger load capacity. 30300 is medium duty, 32300 is heavy-duty wide type. Suitable for construction machinery and mining equipment under heavy loads.

32200 / 33200 Series (Wide)

Wider outer ring, good rigidity, strong anti-overturning capacity. Used in automotive wheel hubs, gearboxes, rolling mills, and other positions requiring high rigidity.
