Pillow Block Bearings
Pillow block bearings are integrated mounting units combining insert bearings with bearing housings. They feature self-aligning capability, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. They can be directly bolted to frames, making them ideal for agricultural machinery, food processing equipment, conveyors, fans, pumps, and other applications requiring integral support.
We supply the full range including UCP (pillow block), UCF (square flange), UCT (take-up), UFL (oval flange), and UCC (round flange) series, covering shaft diameters 12-100mm. Inner rings can be fixed with set screws or eccentric locking collars to meet various installation requirements.

Series Guide
UCP Series (Pillow Block)
The most common pillow block bearing type. Base has two mounting holes, suitable for horizontal installation. Widely used in conveyors, fans, pumps, and agricultural equipment.
UCF Series (Square Flange)
Square flange base with four-bolt mounting. Large load area, good rigidity. Suitable for applications with significant vibration or vertical mounting surfaces.
UCT Series (Take-Up)
Adjustable along the axial direction, commonly used in belt tensioning devices. Compact structure, convenient for adjusting center distance.
UFL / UCC Series
UFL is oval flange type, compact and lightweight; UCC is round flange type, suitable for applications requiring circumferentially distributed bolts.
