Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings — 75+ standard models, ID 25-200mm, heavy-duty self-aligning

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings feature double-row rollers with a spherical outer ring raceway. They automatically compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing bore, allowing a certain angular misalignment between inner and outer rings. They can simultaneously bear large radial loads and certain bidirectional axial loads.

We supply the full range of spherical roller bearings including 22200, 22300, 21300, 23000, 23100, and 23200 series, covering ID 25-200mm. Available with CC, CA, MB cage designs and optional lubrication grooves/holes. Widely used in mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, paper-making machinery, vibrating screens, gearboxes, fans, and other heavy-duty applications.

Series Guide

22200 Series (Most Common Light)

Moderate cross-section height, most widely used. Suitable for general heavy-duty applications with self-aligning requirements, such as gearboxes, pumps, and fans.

22300 Series (Heavy Duty)

Wider outer ring, higher load capacity. Commonly used in vibrating screens, crushers, mining machinery, and other applications with heavy impact loads.

23000 / 23100 Series (Medium/Wide)

Slender rollers, relatively higher speed, large load capacity. Used in paper-making machinery, rolling mills, and large motors.

21300 / 23200 Series

21300 is narrow light series; 23200 is extra-wide type with maximum load capacity, suitable for the most demanding heavy-duty environments.
